Languages and language updates for osclass.

Osclass language files are pretty outdated. I don't even see the Croatian lang file there.

We could use POEditor which syncs with GitHub to work on translations. They offer unlimited string plans for Open Source projects.

Just create a project for your OS software on POEditor and fill in the Open Source Project Request in >Project Settings - you'll be on the job in no time!

I'll be sure to check it and make a request!

It is one of the many things Osclass team neglected totally. Along with the geo files. Both are old, wrong, semi-finished.

I have a translation project ready but I didn't finish auto-updating of language file scripts. I saved it for last because we are going to make lots of changes in osclass core and maintaining languages at this time is not efficient.
If someone who is interested can request me and I can give push access to https://github.com/navjottomer/osclass-languages/
this way he will have full access to this repository

@navjottomer If I have push access, could I add that repo to POEditor? Then I could edit languages there and they get sent over to GitHub automatically, both .po and .mo.

Okay, I'll send you an invitation, make sure don't overwrite SQL files without checking. I have made some changes to them as some languages were having an issue activating them.

@navjottomer From what I've seen, new terms can be added very easily so it won't be a problem for future. I will add my language to the repo and start improving the translation (don't know the original author).

@navjottomer When adding languages in Osclass admin, should we download each file (core.po, messages.po, etc) one by one, or should we have zip them in the repo?
