Github API does not return latest build

Hi,

I am busy creating a little script, to always download the latest release from Github, using the Github API: https://api.github.com/repos/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/latest.

Somehow the API refers to the previous version: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/download/v1.0.11692/Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle instead of https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/download/v1.0.12576/Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle.
