How should I model usage for active FUAM items?

Hi,
I have read/connect access to the FUAM Lakehouse tables and am building my own Power BI semantic model.
I want to report these activities:

• CreateReport
• ViewReport
• AnalyzeInExcel
• ExportReport

I only want usage for items that are currently active. The required item types are reports, semantic models, workspaces, apps, and org apps, including content in Personal Workspaces.

What is the recommended FUAM approach for relating activities to active_items? A recommended relationship diagram or example semantic model would be very helpful.
