max-ble crashing Max on Big Sur

max-ble is crashing on Big Sur and this appears to be down to a missing NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription key in Max's Info.plist.

Adding:

	<key>NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription</key>
	<string>Allow MSP to use bluetooth. </string>

Max's Info.plist worked for me on macOS Monterey. I imagine I'll have to continue to do manually so on each update until cycling74 adopts this key.

I've had mixed results with editing the Info.plist, but you are absolutely correct, this is the only way to get the BLE object working until C74 add in the NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription key. I think it is on the cards, but maybe not for a little while.
