Pagination

I tried to implement Pagination on the blog page of the site, but it doesn't appear to be working.

It was generating two indexes, one in the /page2/ folder, but the blog content was not appearing on either index.html page.

I would very much appreciate it if someone could implement pagination for the blog posts page. Otherwise, the page will get impractically long as more posts are added to the site!

I managed to get pagination v1 working, but it only works if you move _pages\blog\index.html to [root]\blog\index.html and then it only works on that page. We really need pagination anywhere where blog posts are listed, including on Author pages.

I tried using pagination-v2, but I can't get it working.

I've updated the site to build using GitHub actions, which should allow us to use plugins and other features not supported by GitHub Pages, but I can't even get it working locally.
