Uploader opens local provider on localhost:8080 instead of configured port

When using the DeWeb uploader and trying to view the site on a local provider, the URL always opens on localhost:8080.

This happens even when my local provider is configured to run on another port.

Expected behavior:
The uploader should use the actual configured localhost provider port.

Actual behavior:
It always redirects/opens the site on:

localhost:8080
