Safety of WKURLSchemeTask unsafe methods

We have some remaining unsafe blocks that would be nice to annotate with SAFETY comments if we can figure out what those are.

So, the way safety works in these frameworks is that someone has to manually go and audit the entire framework for soundness, and then add unsafe-default-safety.documentation-is-reviewed = true and unsafe-default-safety.bounds-checked-internally = true to the translation-config.toml, and re-run the header-translator.

If you're interested in getting this fixed, would you be up for submitting a patch? Have a look at header-translator's README for more details on how to do so, take a look at objc2-metal-kit/translation-config.toml for an example, and check out frameworks_soundness.md for background on the soundness of this.
