There is slot of 5 min gap in time picker suppose i want to select 22 min there is no option. is there any availability ??

when i select time suppose i wan to select 22 min there is option for selecting time for 5 , 10 , 15 , 20 ,25 and same through is there any option to select manual time or selecting from time picker.
