Sparse matrix operation example

I was thus wondering if you had experimented with sparse matrix operations in MSL, say SpMV (even if using a naive implementation initiall)?

I unfortunately haven't had the possibility to couple Metal and sparse matrix operations. If you do end up tinkering with this, feel free to share here!
