Sometimes Harmony reports "The MusicBrainz web server is currently busy. Please try again later.". It happens both at the lookup page and at the actions page. When it happens at the actions page, it's not unusual for the suggested artist/label links to actually be duplicates of what already exists in MB, however the suggestion to insert them is visible for some reason.
Not sure if this is by design, but if the API is unusable, I don't think it's correct to assume that a remote entity is missing these links. This usually results in a wasted trip to MB: I open it, see that there's nothing to insert and then just close it.
