[FR] Add revison creation setup

Problem statement

Currently creating a new revision of a heavily used part leaves you with a lot of stock of the old part which needs to be re-created and loses history

Suggested solution

Create a wizard for defining new revision which includes the option to either covert existing stock or create a (Build) order to covert the stock.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Use API to re-create stock in the same places with the same quantities

@matmair good idea regarding converting stock, had not considered that.

@matmair @SchrodingersGat a workaround to not lose the history is by changing the base part via the admin interface for now. But this is really bothersome so I would appreciate this being implemented sooner than later.

I assume blocking the selection of a new base part in the UI is intentional because to much havoc could be caused?
