Is the official Gemini CLI allowed in a private automation tool on a Google AI Pro subscription?

Is the official Gemini CLI allowed in a private automation tool on a Google AI Pro subscription?
I’m a solo developer. I’d like my own private tool, running on my own server for my own code only, to call the official Gemini CLI in headless mode (gemini -p) with my Google AI Pro sign-in, so Gemini can review code changes. Nothing is shared or resold, there is one account, no account rotation, and I’m not trying to get around any limits.
The terms say that using “third-party software, tools, or services” to access the service may lead to suspension. Does that cover a personal script calling the official CLI? Or is the Gemini API the only supported route for this?
