For now, forking OpenPost is probably the best option. The platform adapters are fairly isolated, so adding one for an internal API should be straightforward. A proper custom adapter interface could make sense later, but loading adapters through volume mounts would add quite a bit of complexity. This will stay open as I do want to work on this in the near-future.
