Reproduction steps

Try to play a video on Youtube, Dailymotion, Curiosity Stream or Niconico and all of them will just load straight to a black box with a Gray play bar that doesn't do anything.

Actual result

Videos load to a black box with a Gray play bar.

Expected result

Expected video to play.
