Updated Fantomas to 8.0.5 and its settings

* Set `end_of_line=lf` for F# files, matching the eol `.gitattributes` stores
  them with, so formatting does not touch line endings.
* Correct the documented defaults, examples and documentation links in the
  `.editorconfig` comments to match Fantomas 8.
