I think CRD breaking changes should be mentioned as breaking change in release notes #9142

In the latest release CRDs were upgraded from 1.4x to 1.5.1. This upgrade included multiple breaking changes but were not listed in the release notes of envoy-gateway as breaking changes. I think it would be a good improvement to mention these breaking changes in the release notes, and also to not only mention which gateway-api version we would be upgrading to, but also which gateway-api version we're coming from.
Examples of breaking changes:
TLSRoute and ListenerSet have graduated to the Standard channel as v1 -> But with this TLSRoute v1alpha2 was also removed and in envoy-gateway it was decided to remove XListenerSet as well: #8161 (comment)
