So first off, I am not 100% sure if this is only a swift issue, but it seems the problem isn't there in the saved data on the cart (if you look at the info on the cart in the backend it is saved correctly, but as soon as it is made into an order it goes wrong).
The issue:
If I fill out all fields in my Billing Information:
and then use a different address for delivery, but fx do not fillout the Company name (which is optional as default on swift, but it counts for any field):
Then you can see on the final order that it still have decided to fill out every other field in Delivery, with the info from my billing fields, which ofc. isn't great if I wanted it delivered to an address without my normal company name:
