ManaWG: a shared-flat app with exact money on Drizzle and PostgreSQL

ManaWG is a free app for flatmates: shared expenses, a cleaning rota, a shopping list, a calendar and chat. All data goes through Drizzle ORM on PostgreSQL, with versioned SQL migrations.

Amounts are integer cents and splits always add up to the total. The architecture notes describe the money model, and the tests run against a real PostgreSQL.
