OpenMP support for the macOS builds

I would like to add OpenMP support to the macOS builds. Both the x64 and the arm64 build. And I could use some help with this.

Would you be willing to help out with this @alastairporter? Not sure what we need to do and how easy it will be to build ImageMagick with OpenMP support.
