feat(deploy): rename skills->agent-skills, plugins->agent-plugins (#47)

Rename both repos via forProvider.name (in-place Update — external-name stays
bound to the existing repo so Crossplane renames rather than re-creates; GitHub
keeps the old names as redirects). external-name + file/metadata cleanup follows
once the renames reconcile.
