Design an ASCII-art logo scheme for RLM

This could be simply one static ASCII-art logo, or code that dynamically generates one.

Picking this up as part of the current round of refactoring/feature work. Default plan unless redirected: a static hand-crafted banner displayed at game start, wrapped in a splash() function in whatever module ends up housing the GameController (or a new splash.py if we go with the module split in #38).

If we want it dynamic (figlet-style text → ASCII), that can be a follow-up.

Narrowed the design discussion into #53 — that issue collects the five candidate stochastic options, sample output, and a layered combination at three tunings, so collaborators can react and we can converge on a direction before implementing.

PR #52 has the demo script (demo_splash.py) for anyone who wants to see live randomized output.

Will keep this issue open as the umbrella; closing once the chosen splash actually ships.
