Union result cleanup misses non-adjacent self-intersections in closed output paths

This was reported upstream here: https://github.com/AngusJohnson/Clipper2/issues/1083
and confirmed to affect this repo. looks like an output-simplification / post-processing gap rather than a sweep-line failure
