Naming of the methods/classes e.g: extensions_t (which should be extents_t)

.extensions() have been renamed to .extents()

this is the syntax now:

    multi::array<int, 2> arr2d({5, 5}, 0);

    auto [is, js] = arr2d.extents();
    for (auto i : is) {
        for (auto j : js) {
            arr2d[i][j] = (10 * i) + j;
        }
    }
