Allow @intx/types 0.3.0

The peer range pinned ^0.2.2, so a host on the current Interchange line cannot
satisfy it without an override. The only symbol this package imports from
@intx/types is isAllowedMimeType, and its declaration is unchanged between
0.2.2 and 0.3.0 — same signature, and ATTACHMENT_ALLOWLIST still carries the
same 22 media types, nothing added or removed.

Verified on 0.3.0: tsc --noEmit clean, dep-guard clean.
