failed to build 1.8.1 release on macos sequoia

seeing some build failure when building 1.8.1 rel on macos sequoia as below:

                               ^^^^^^^^^^^
  Error: Unbound module Lwt_cstruct

Just ran into the same thing myself. Is there a stable version for macos builds anyone can recommend?

A workaround would be to pin tar-unix to a version < 3 to get cstruct-lwt as an indirect dependency.

A fix would be to account for newer tar-unix no longer having a dependency on cstruct-lwt
