[0.15.4] - 2026-09-21

Fixed

  • Make the quality-ratchet scope comparison portable between Windows and POSIX path separators, so initialized submodules are not falsely reported missing.
  • Format the OKX adapter README examples to keep the submodule format-ratchet at its recorded baseline.
  • Preserve the portable POSIX file-lock typing boundary and Windows journal rollback coverage added during iteration 07.

  • Pin the release candidate's exchange adapters to the iteration-07 commits derived from their current master branches.
  • Publish the iteration-07 quality-gate and execution-session improvements in the active documentation.

  • Declare the build, wheel, and cython toolchain in the development extra because resource-contract tests invoke python -m build --no-isolation
  • Validate the TestPyPI smoke install against the complete core-reference bundle, including the immutable CI-only OKX adapter, doctor contract, and real root/plugin imports
  • Run TestPyPI smoke checks outside the source workspace and assert the root package originates from the installed distribution

  • 重写 docs/index.md：更新首页内容，修复示例代码匹配实际 BtApi 构造函数，添加 HTX 到交易所表格
  • 新增 HTX (Huobi) 交易所文档
