Entities naming issue - initial & during rename

Describe the issue

Looks like on c reation entity name is constructed from device name, maint & entered task description.
While task description is changed - entity name remains the same.
It can lead to misleading entity name if description changed to smth completely different.

IMHO easier to construct entity name from task id and keep description only as description, not part of entity name.
