Describe your idea
I'm not absolutely sure if there is already a way to do this (since the documentation is not exactly very good). I'm able to get embedded image width and height in pixels but not the image size on the pdf document page. It'd be awesome if there was a built in method to get embedded image object width and height on a page and/or position or bounding rect and/or ppi value.
How could this be implemented?
I have no idea :D
What problem are you trying to solve?
To get embedded image ppi value.
Why does this matter to you?
What I'm trying to accomplish is to get the embedded image ppi in the pdf to check that it is sufficient for a certain print process.
Would others find this helpful?
I'm pretty sure this would be a useful feature for other users too.
Are you interested in implementing your proposal?
Yes
Why are you submitting a proposal?
First I want to know if it can be done with current features but I just haven't figured it out. If somebody has an idea how to do it I'm happy to help implementing it.
