Scope of token used for junit xml imports in test engine

Hello, what is the scope of the token found here:

For the token https://buildkite.com/organizations/<org>/analytics/suites/<suite>/suite_token

It seems to only be useful for this API endpoint: https://analytics-api.buildkite.com/v1/uploads per: https://buildkite.com/docs/test-engine/test-collection/importing-junit-xml -- can it be used for any other operation?

I don't see any special mention of this token here: https://buildkite.com/docs/apis/managing-api-tokens#token-scopes
