When transferring ownership of dataflows, it doesn't take into account the requirements of needing access to the input datasets, so then the dataflows don't run. If this could be added as a step to include when transferring ownership, OR the ability to mirror access for existing users (adding to the access they already have), that would help ensure a smooth transition where nothing stops running.
