[4.X] NaN;NaN on Move Selection/Pixels

When using the move selection or move pixel tools it crash by System.ArgumentException: 'NaN;NaN' is not a valid value for property 'RenderTransformOrigin'.
May be hell to debug as likely NaN propagation
