User Dashboard Missing - Opportunity to rethink what is on this (DDS-566)

What should a user see on their Dashboard?

1. What datasets they can manage?
2. What organizations they can manage datasets under and with what privs?
3. Activity about those datasets they manage?
4. Who are other editors for their org?
5. Who can approve access for other editors to their org?
6. Comments from admin's about improvements to their datasets?
7. Comments from the public/gov on a datasets?
   • this use to be enabled but only a few admin's could see the comments
8. Consumer's thumbs' up or down?
   • think this is something available
9. Stats about their datasets?
   1. Usage Page
   2. DWDS Downloads
   3. What can we get from Snowplow?
10. How their datasets are configured for access through other DataBC Services?
    • iMapBC
    • Layer Library
    • Distribution
    • WMS
    • KML
    • AGO
    • other?

  • Register API button

  • News Feed Activity from items that I'm following
    • <contains a list of my activity - which is just my log ins and some edits by others>

  • Takes me to the list of all datasets which is basically the catalogue but with the dashboard toolbar
  • Users have asked many time for this to actually show them the list of the datasets they can manage (currently it does not for some reason)

  • Takes me to the organizations which is actually quicker that the general org list

• Unpublished Datasets
  • This is the most used thing off of this page for an admin as the States is not visible in the Filters except to sysadmins
  • Lists all the records in the publish_state in (DRAFT, PENDINGPUBLISH, PENDING ARCHIVE)

• Edit Settings
  • Can change the following settings
    • Username
    • Full name
    • Email
    • About
    • Check on/off Subscribe to notification emails
      • Only place a user can subscribe right now is on Groups
    • Change password
      • Sysadmin password
      • Password
      • Confirm Password
    • Delete
      • Never tried to delete my own account - seems odd
    • Regenerate API Key
      • Doesn't work
