Not compatible with Devise 5.0

Devise 5.0 was released at the end of last year. Is there a plan to update this gem to support it? This is blocking me from upgrading Devise.

@baschtl I created a PR to add support for Devise 5.0. Additionally, I updated the development dependencies and made sure the tests are all successful. Please take a look and let me know what you think.
