Add Lambda Web Adapter to official AWS Layers

Right now you have to add Lambda Web Adapter via the "Specify an ARN" option in the "Choose a layer" configuration. Seeing how this is an AWS supported layer, could it also be added to the list of "AWS layers"? This way it pops up in the searchable dropdown and lets users pick the version?

Not a big deal, but would be a little easier to add it to Lambda Functions going forward and look even more legit.
