We are targeting client(jdbc driver), not your server. I am not familiar with OB, so, pick plugin according to this. |

SkyWalking's Oracle JDBC plugin works fine when my app connects to an Oracle database. However, after switching to an OceanBase Oracle tenant (which is protocol-compatible with Oracle) and using the 'com.oceanbase.jdbc.Driver', the '/execute' span disappeared, although HikariCP spans are still present. It seems the OceanBase JDBC driver isn't being intercepted. Does SkyWalking have a dedicated plugin for OceanBase, or is there a way to force-enhance this specific driver class? |

I have a Spring Boot application connecting to an OceanBase database using the Oracle tenant mode. I'm using SkyWalking for monitoring with the following versions:
Problem:
In the generated trace spans, I can see HikariCP/Connection/getConnection and HikariCP/Connection/close, but there is no /execute span – the SQL execution information is not captured.
What I've tried:
I have tried adding the Oracle JDBC plugin (apm-oracle-jdbc-plugin) from the optional-plugins directory, but it still does not capture the /execute spans.
Questions:
Thank you for your help.
