Fix two spelling errors in documentation:

1. fluentbit.md: datatime → datetime in Fluent Bit configuration comment
2. log.md: fileld → field in Logstash configuration comment

Both fixes have been applied in the associated PR #3882:

• fluentbit.md: datatime → datetime
• log.md: fileld → field

The changes are one-word spelling corrections in code comments, no semantic impact. The affected Markdown snippets are configuration examples with proper YAML/code block syntax — rendering should be unaffected.

Please let me know if any additional validation is needed.
