add brew finish button

As mentioned in home redesign I think it's essential to not fall for feature creep and only keep essential info and data in the app and not cater to every users whim, having said I think this would be genuinely good addition:
Having a button to signal end of brew, that might be before or after the recipe time. This would be useful if the grind was changed or different beans to see where it lands.
Considering James Hoffman's latest video on how to speed up/slow down a draw, this feature might not be necessary and fall into the feature creep category, but I wanted to put it out there because also maybe it can modify a recipe to tailor it to my taste, just as I might want to use a different ratio

@ueen Hey! Sorry for the long wait. If I understand correctly, the valuable part is recording the actual brew time rather than the button itself — so you can see where the draw landed after changing the grind or the beans.

Fair idea, but it's quite narrow as things stand and I'd want to see more people asking for it first. Will give it more thought.
