The dissolution part of the bylaws currently states that all assets and liabilities go to ACM. According to http://sua.umn.edu/groups/management/manage-your-group/constitution/ (ctrl-f dissolution), all *funds* go back to the U upon dissolution. According to ACM (http://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/chapters/chapter-in-a-box_student.pdf page 12), any assets not included in that policy must be returned to ACM. So, we need to change the dissolution portion of our bylaws to reflect that there will be that split.
