[schedule_module] Edit does not work as intended in other languages

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is
In English, when I select edit and change some of the fields and save them, it works perfectly fine. But in other languages, when I click on the save button after making changes nothing happens. Also, in Japanese and Hindi, if I make any change in the "Appointment Type" it automatically clears the "Appointment Date" field (not sure if that is intended but its not the same case for English so I assume it is a bug). I have attached a screen recording of the bug.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

1. Go to Schedule module
2. Click on Edit
3. Change some of the fields in English and other languages
4. Observe the difference and see the error

What did you expect to happen?
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
A success/failure message should appear. Also the Appointment Date field should not be automatically cleared for Japanese and Hindi
