Azure.DevOps.BuildAgents pipeline is getting failed

We are facing issue while running the Azure.DevOps.Buildagents pipeline.

Below are the error lines during the build VM step
==> windows-2025.azure-arm.image: Capturing image ...
==> windows-2025.azure-arm.image: ERROR: -> PropertyChangeNotAllowed : Changing property 'sourceVirtualMachine' is not allowed.
==> windows-2025.azure-arm.image:
==> windows-2025.azure-arm.image: performing CreateOrUpdate: unexpected status 409 (409 Conflict) with error: PropertyChangeNotAllowed: Changing property 'sourceVirtualMachine' is not allowed.
==> windows-2025.azure-arm.image: Provisioning step had errors: Running the cleanup provisioner, if present..

Requesting you to check and help in resolving why the pipeline is getting failed.

@mdevared143 This is not something I have seen before, but there have been some changes related to Gen1 and Gen2 images and MS changing the base image from their gallery that are used as a starting point.

I needed to make these changes:

• Remove all image versions in windows2025-agentpool-full
• Remove the image definition in windows2025-agentpool-full
• Create a new image definition called windows2025-agentpool-full with Gen2 as version
• Run the pipeline again to create a new image version that should be added to the newly created image definition
