[Task] Prepare release v0.6.0

After #25 and #90, we want a release:

• bump version
• update docs if needed (check the notebooks, rerun them once!)
• fix [Task] Add save/load model example to the documentation #132
• run action full-test on the main branch before release
• run action deploy-documentation on the main branch before release and check colab links
