Report generation

This tool currently outputs a dictionary; it would be valuable if it could generate structured reports with figures and descriptions.

To do this, we need to ensure the agents can:

1. generate executable code
2. create a sandbox or pipeline to run that code
3. collect and process the output

this will likely take longer than a week, but it would be great to have a concrete plan during the week of April 28.
