How to install your library?

In your readme , you didn't mention how to install your library. What other libraries did you used? Many thanks.

Once again I am pretty sorry for the shape this repo is in. It was not meant for other's people usage as it was never published. Thanks for your interest though !

I don't think of this project as a library. You should rather clone it and use the scripts yourself. I cannot remember the exact list of dependencies, I think biopython and pytorch are the main tools I used...

I don't plan to make this repo cleaner in the close future. If you run into specific problems I can try to help you here or by email (vincent.mallet96@gmail.com) though !
