QGIS4 compability added

UMEP and UMEP for Processing are now updated to work with QGIS4/Qt6 generation software. Not all parts of the tools have been tested so please report any issues found.

Hello, we have tried QGIS4.2.1, and QGIS long term release 3.44. When we use SEBE, it showed the following reported error msg.

I cannot replicate this error. I suspect that you are using an old version of UMEP for Processing. Try to upgrade and see is error persist.
