Deleting hosted data at the end of a contract appears to block bandwidth

Current Behavior

Just over a day ago, I had a contract complete and lost > 1TB of storage. This took about 10h for the storage to be reclaimed. During this period, bandwidth dropped to 0. See the picture:

Expected Behavior

Recovering space should be a background task allowing Ingress and Egress, which is money earning, to continue.
