I'd like to have the turtlebot packages available for windows (and mac if we are at it). However, it seems that the packages are already added here but for linux only.

These were added as part of humble PR: RoboStack/ros-humble#405 which this is the port: #214. Is this mostly due that the irobot ros packages can not be build for windows?

You can try and open a pull request to move these packages in the part that builds for all platforms. Then we can see if (and where) it fails.

Good point! Perhaps good to do a fresh run of it anyway on jazzy so I have a PR open here: #242

So PR #242 has been merged but my project still fails. Some of these packages can not be pulled together with their binary so something is still off.

turtlebot4_node and turtlebot4_gz_toolbox seems to be the culrprit... perhaps something to do with static libraries but I need to dig into how to fix this. Also I'll need to check if the same thing is happening on linux as well as they should have the same problem actually

@Tobias-Fischer I've posted the errors in the PR here: #246. I indeed see the same issue on linux, so those packages were broken ever since they were on robostack already.
