Three weeks ago I posted a question https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-all-users-getting-located/#post-10034126 which still hasn't been answered. Mt account page on their own website http://www.locate-anything.com/my-account/ has a phony phone number and email address.

You pay money and get no support.
