Wrong date on conversion?

Hello, I am completly new to this. I tried converting my fuellog data to fuelio and received a nice csv file, but fuelio doesn't import my historic data.
If I look to the difference between the sample file and the created file I can see some difference:

• the date-format is wrong.
• in the sample file there are a lot of things between brackets " "... but in the created file there aren't any brackets.
  Is this something problematic from my fuellog app?
  Is it a coding issue?
  Is it solvable?
