Description
The Preferences menu item under the Pinta application menu is grayed out and cannot be clicked. This prevents access to application settings, including language configuration.
To Reproduce
- Install Pinta 3.1.2 on macOS (tested on macOS 26 / macOS 15).
- Launch Pinta.
- Click on the Pinta menu in the menu bar.
- Observe that the "Preferences" option is grayed out and unclickable.
- Attempting to use the
⌘ + , shortcut also does not open the Preferences dialog.

- The issue persists after fully quitting (
⌘ + Q) and restarting the application.
- Other menu items in the same menu (e.g., About Pinta, Quit Pinta) work normally.
