[macOS] Preferences menu item is grayed out and unclickable in Pinta 3.1.2

Description
The Preferences menu item under the Pinta application menu is grayed out and cannot be clicked. This prevents access to application settings, including language configuration.

To Reproduce

1. Install Pinta 3.1.2 on macOS (tested on macOS 26 / macOS 15).
2. Launch Pinta.
3. Click on the Pinta menu in the menu bar.
4. Observe that the "Preferences" option is grayed out and unclickable.
5. Attempting to use the ⌘ + , shortcut also does not open the Preferences dialog.

Additional Info

• Screenshot attached showing the grayed-out Preferences menu item.
• The issue persists after fully quitting (⌘ + Q) and restarting the application.
• Other menu items in the same menu (e.g., About Pinta, Quit Pinta) work normally.

This is because Pinta doesn't have any global preferences dialog currently (I think this menu item is inserted by default by either macOS or GTK). There are some other tickets already for features that would require a preferences dialog (e.g. more language configuration options) so I'll close this ticket
