Can't upload project due to accound issue

When I try to upload a project, the upload page says it has an error saying that my email needs to be verified, but however, I did everything I possibly could to make sure it was verified, and it still wouldn't upload. Plus, I did successfully upload projects before with the same account.

We recently changed uploading to require a verified account.

If you're saying that your email is verified, yet you can't upload, please respond with your username so I can try and rectify the issue.

I can't really find a way to verify it. I signed in via Google, and my username is MobileFriendlyAllay.

Oh yes, and in the accound settings, when I try putting in my gmail, it says "EmailAlreadyInUse"

Well, when I put it into the email text box within the account settings.

that means either

• you have another account that is already using that email or
• you're clicking the wrong button. make sure you're clicking the verify your email hyperlink.

I don't see the verify button. I think that means my account should be verified, but there's probably a little corruption in the account. Basically, my account was first authenticated with Scratch, but ever since the verification change was added, I tried to simply enter in my email into the email box in my account settings in Penguinmod, as described earlier, but it said "EmailAlreadyInUse" and the thing is, I never put my gmail into that box before. So then I just changed my sign-in method to Google entirely, hoping that that would make it so that because it is verified with Google, theoretically, I didn't need to email-verify it, but I was wrong. I don't really know if I corrupted my account more by accident.

And I think I can't upload anything unless I get a new gmail, which is not likely, or if the issue gets fixed.

You have another account using that email. Figure out what that account is and change the email on that account. Then, on your main account, you should be able to use your email.
